Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ads Syndicate ("we", "us") for the use of Drop n Up (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Drop n Up turns photos and short instructions you send through Telegram into social media posters, captions and short videos, and can publish them to Facebook Pages you connect. Some features are marked "Soon" on our website and may not yet be available.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Telegram account secure. You may connect only Facebook Pages you manage.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the photos, logos and text you send, and to the posts made for you.
• You give us permission to process that content only to provide the Service to you.
• You confirm you have the right to use the photos and brand material you send.

4. Approval and responsibility

Every post is shown to you before it is published. Generated text and images can contain mistakes, so please check prices, offers, spelling and product details before approving. You are responsible for posts you approve.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to promote illegal, counterfeit or prohibited products; make false or misleading claims; infringe others' rights; or violate Meta's or Telegram's policies. We may refuse to create or publish such content and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Plans and payment

• Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on our website in Bangladeshi Taka.
• Post limits reset each month and unused posts do not carry over. A post counts only when it is published on Facebook.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. We do not refund partial months, except where required by law.
• Features marked "Soon" are not charged for until they launch.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or because of problems with Telegram, Meta or other providers. Scheduled posts may be delayed in such cases.

8. Ending the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will tell active users through the bot before they take effect.
