Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete all data Drop n Up holds about you and your business at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", or send the message "Delete my data" to our Telegram bot.
2. Include your business name and Telegram display name so we can find your account.
3. We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then notify you.

What we delete

• Your account and business details (name, phone, logo, brand colour, Page link).
• All photos you sent and all posters, captions and videos created for you.
• Stored Facebook Page access tokens and post records.

Posts already published on your Facebook Page stay on your Page; you can remove them from Facebook yourself. We keep payment records only where the law requires it.

Removing Facebook access yourself

You can also disconnect Drop n Up from Facebook directly: open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select Drop n Up and choose Remove. This stops all posting access immediately.
