This Privacy Policy explains how Ads Syndicate ("we", "us"), the company behind Drop n Up, collects, uses and protects information when you use the Drop n Up service, including our Telegram bot, website and Facebook integration (together, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account and business details: your Telegram user ID and display name, your business name, business type, phone number, brand colour, logo and Facebook Page link that you provide during setup.
• Content you send: photos, text and voice instructions (such as product names, prices, offers and posting times) that you send to the bot.
• Generated content: the posters, captions and videos the Service creates for you, and your approval or edit history.
• Facebook data (only if you connect a Page): the list of Pages you choose to connect, a Page access token, the IDs of posts we publish for you, and basic engagement figures for those posts (such as views, reactions and comments) used for your reports.
• Payment details: plan, payment status and transaction references. Card or mobile wallet details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number or wallet PIN.
• Technical data: server logs such as timestamps and error messages, kept to run and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

• To create posters, captions and videos from your photos and instructions.
• To publish and schedule posts on the Facebook Pages you have connected, only after you approve each post.
• To send you previews, reminders and performance reports.
• To manage your subscription, provide support and prevent misuse.
• To improve the Service. We do not use your photos to train third-party AI models.

3. Service providers we share data with

We share only the data needed for each task with these processors:

• Telegram — to receive your messages and send you results.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook) — to publish posts and read post insights for Pages you connect.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — to understand your instructions and write captions. Your photo and text are sent for processing.
• AI image and video providers — on plans that include AI scenes or AI videos, your product photo is sent to generate them.
• Hetzner Online — our servers are hosted in the European Union.
• Cloudflare — website delivery and security.
• Payment providers (such as bKash or SSLCommerz) — to process payments.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

4. How long we keep data

We keep your account and content while your account is active. Photos and generated files are deleted from our servers 90 days after they are created unless you ask us to keep them longer. When you close your account or request deletion, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).

5. Security

Facebook Page tokens are stored encrypted. Access to our servers is restricted to authorised staff using key-based login. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

6. Your choices and rights

• You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• You can disconnect Drop n Up from your Facebook Page at any time in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
• To delete your data, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page.

7. Children

The Service is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we will update the date above and tell active users through the bot.
